Steve Kunkemoeller
Founder & CEO
Steve Kunkemoeller founded Solo Products, Inc. more than 24 years ago, starting from a small home office on the East Side of Cincinnati. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a mid-sized manufacturing and national distribution operation serving industries including automotive, food processing, agriculture, medical logistics, and eCommerce fulfillment.
Steve has built Solo Products around fast delivery, responsive customer service, and practical reusable packaging solutions designed to solve real-world supply chain challenges. He continues to oversee the company’s long-term growth strategy, operational development, and commitment to dependable service and innovation.
Dan Kunkemoeller
Vice President, Strategic Development
Dan Kunkemoeller brings more than 36 years of experience in the POP display, packaging, and material handling industries to Solo Products, Inc.. Prior to joining Solo Products, Dan built extensive industry knowledge through his work with Diversipak and other packaging initiatives focused on custom sourcing and distribution solutions.
As Vice President of Strategic Development, Dan leads special projects, supplier relationships, and long-term sourcing initiatives for customers across a wide range of industries. His experience in packaging operations and creative problem-solving helps clients identify efficient, durable, and cost-effective solutions for complex shipping, storage, and manufacturing environments.
Jeff Hartman
Sales Manager
Jeff Hartman has been a valued member of the Solo team for the past 10 years, playing a key role in driving both new business growth and the retention of long-standing customer relationships.
Throughout his tenure, he has built a strong reputation for fostering meaningful partnerships—not only with clients but also with manufacturers—through a relationship-first approach and consistent collaboration.
Jeff’s ability to connect people, understand needs, and deliver value has been instrumental in strengthening Solo’s market presence and long-term success.
Outside of work, Jeff is married to his wife, Amy, and together they have three adult children and a son-in-law.
He enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family.
Nick Hammersmith
Account Manager
Nick Hammersmith joined Solo Products, Inc. in May 2025 as an Account Manager, bringing more than a decade of experience in packaging, logistics, manufacturing, and business development. A graduate of Ohio University with a degree in Marketing, Nick is known for his responsiveness, strategic mindset, and deep expertise in the packaging industry. He focuses on growing new and existing customer relationships while helping businesses improve efficiency and identify solutions that support long-term growth.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys playing guitar and drums, golfing, writing, and following Cincinnati sports, especially the Bengals and Bearcats. Nick and Mallory share their home with two dogs and enjoy traveling whenever they have the opportunity.
Leann Earlywine
Accounting Manager
Leann Earlywine is the Accounting Manager at Solo Products, Inc., where she has been a valued team member since 2017. In her role, Leann oversees all financial operations for the company, ensuring accuracy, organization, and efficiency in accounting processes. She is responsible for managing company finances, maintaining financial records, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
With a strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence, Leann takes pride in keeping the operations running smoothly while contributing to the continued success of the company. Her Experience, professionalism, and dedication make her an important part of the Solo Team.
Outside of work, Leann enjoys reading, getting caught up with her favorite shows and all things Harry Potter!
Ken Sims
Production Manager
Ken Sims is a key leader at Solo Products Inc., where he specializes in delivering custom industrial packaging and material solutions. With extensive experience in working with foams, plastics, rubber, and specialty materials, Ken partners closely with customers to develop practical, cost-effective solutions tailored to their exact needs.
He is highly involved in all aspects of the process—from quoting and material sourcing to production coordination and problem-solving—ensuring projects are completed efficiently and accurately. Known for his responsiveness and attention to detail, Ken takes pride in building strong relationships with both customers and suppliers while helping businesses keep their operations running smoothly.
Tiffany Taylor
QA Manager
Tiffany Taylor serves as Quality Manager at Solo Products, Inc., where she oversees quality assurance processes and helps maintain high standards across reusable packaging and custom fabrication operations. She is committed to continuous improvement, attention to detail, and ensuring products meet customer expectations and operational requirements. Tiffany works closely with production and fulfillment teams to support consistency, accuracy, and dependable service.
Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys reading, gardening, and playing darts. She is also a devoted wife and mother of two and proudly supports her son, who plays wheelchair basketball at the University of Arizona, and her daughter, who is currently in high school.
