Return Policy

Upon delivery, the customer should carefully examine all items for any damage. If damage is present, please promptly notify the shipping Carrier and Solo Products and detail the extent of the damage. Digital images of the affected product will be necessary.

  • All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for all returns.

The customer is responsible for shipping back to Solo Products main warehouse at 800 W. 5th St., Cincinnati, Ohio 45203.

Please have the following information on hand when calling to initiate a return:

  • Customer Name
  • Invoice Number
  • Reason for return
  • Digital images of the damaged product
