Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC)

IBCs, or Intermediate Bulk Containers, are versatile and reusable containers designed to store, transport, and handle bulk materials. The term ‘intermediate’ comes from the volume these containers carry, which sits between tanks and drums. Ideal for materials that are too small for a tanker load but too large for a 200-liter drum or pail, IBCs are most commonly available in 1000-liter, though 500 and 250-liter versions are also classified as intermediate bulk packaging. They can be rigid, stainless steel, or corrugated, providing a safe and efficient means of storage and transport for liquids, semi-solids, or dry goods.
